The software

Sheetwarden runs in the browser. Workbooks you open in the live demo or in a customer's application are parsed, calculated and rendered on your device. They are not uploaded, logged or seen by us. The library makes no network requests and the licence check is a local signature verification.

This website

The site is static. It sets no cookies and includes no analytics or third-party scripts. Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and capacity purposes and deletes them in the normal course.

Purchases and correspondence

When you buy a licence, our payment provider collects your name, company, billing details and payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, company, email address and purchase details so we can issue a licence key, provide support and send renewal notices. We keep these records for as long as you are a customer and as required for tax purposes afterwards.

If you email us a workbook for a support or fidelity investigation, we use it only for that purpose and delete it when the investigation is complete, unless you ask us to keep it as a regression test.
